The purpose of the policy is to enable GREDO to play a role in order to ensure and establish gender quality at all levels of the organization. The policy guides GREDO to perform functions including strategic and operational planning, resource mobilization and allocation and implementation for ensuring equality and equity of men and women.
Procurement Policy
The Procurement Policy sets out the general principles that govern the procurement of goods and services by GREDO and establishes a framework for decision-making with respect to such procurement. The purpose of this Policy is to ensure that GREDO obtains the best value for money in the procurement of goods and services, by requiring the application of a clear and consistent approach to procurement that is based on the provided procurement principles

GREDO’s code of conduct articulates the values the organization wishes to foster in leaders and employees and, in doing so, defines desired behavior.
